A brand new caravan park has opened in the New South Wales Riverina region and it’s unlike anything RVers have seen before.

The Whitton Malt House Caravan Park, just south of Griffith, is set on the expansive grounds of a whisky and gin distillery, and features an on-site restaurant and tasting bar. The premium lakeside park has 23 powered drive-through sites, as well as one- and two-bedroom luxury lakefront villas and a four-bedroom residence.

The G’day Park features a kids’ playground, splash park, ‘aqua golf’ driving range, gin tours and seasonal events. You can also try your hand catching a Murray cod from the shores of Lake Hulong.

Four faming families started Whitton Malt House with a vision to grow the precinct into an agritourism hub celebrating producers in the Murrumbidgee Valley.

Stays cost from $59 a couple per night and include two free drinks (tap beer or house wine) on the day of arrival. You can even bring your pooch.
